I replaced the PowerSupplyBoard in
my FICM. I AM SO BUMMED OUT, STILL NO START. And get this... Decided to test FICM AGAIN,
I GET NO AMPS, NONE! I guess the new board could possibly be a dud??
I have checked Fuses and switched around some Relays with NO LUCK.
**ANY INSIGHT WOULD BE ABSOLUTLY` APPRECIATED**
Maybe so I should remove FICM AGAIN?? Kind of start all over again?
I am bout to regress back to childhood by getting in drivers seat and "pretending"...
I can drive that hunk of a truck...
Sadly only in my mind☹

Where are you measuring Amps, or is it really Volts that you are measuring.

What tool are you using to troubleshoot with?

Where did you get the power board?

Did you specifically try a new FICM relay? If so, what was the relay number?

Are you sure that all three FICM connectors "snapped" into the socket when you plugged them in?

Did you have the batteries disconnected when you removed and installed the FICM?

I had a very similar problem with my ‘05. Mine had no prior issues or warnings, until one day it stalled, and would not start. After multiple tests I found that the FICM module (not the power supply) had a partially burnt circuit board. The damage was hardly noticeable until I completely disassembled the unit, and carefully examined the circuit board. Turned out my injector harness had several bare wires, and had shorted out against a valve cover stud. (Rub threw is very common on these) I will also add the burnt FICM did show proper voltage when testing (48+ volts).
