Newbie 2003 6.0

new to diesel, need help 6.0 at idle revs up and down and lurches at low speed anyone no what could cause this.

Check codes ? early 6.0 put the ICP sensor under the turbo. They went out a lot. Look under the truck, drivers side, by the bell housing. Do you see oil leaking from the top ?

as stated, check for codes, but does sound like ICP sensor and/or plug for sensor....
