2002 f350 front vibration

Hello i need some help.I'll start with what i have done.upper/lower ball joints,steering linkages,rebuilt front drive shaft and balanced,had to put a new ring gear,pinion gear,pinion bearings and seals,new bearings in both axle shafts,new tires,so you can see my frustrations.I have manual lock outs on this.Any help

Dave-i forgot to mention it only does when lock outs are engaged

Have you checked to U-joints in the axles?? If they are shot. the axles will not operate smoothly.

yes both of those u joints have been replaced

If it only has the vibration when the lockouts are engaged, that narrows it down a little bit.

Is the transfer case also engaged when this vibration occurs?

Transfer case is not,starts around 60-70 mph
