I should be able to pull the axle shaft out at this point right?:dunno
By using pry bars on the wheel joint.

It seems like these seals on the back of the knuckle are holding me up. Are theyt supposed to come throught the knuckle with the shaft or am I missing something that needs to come out?

I pulled the snap ring and struggled 2 hrs with that:rant
What seal do i need to pull? I removed the hub, snapring 3 washers and washer with groove cut into the back for vaccuum. I still have some seals around the back of the stub shaft behind the knuckle. Do I need to pull those first? How do i get to them?

those are just dust shields they'll stay in when the axle comes out. 2 pry bars couple wacks to the hub and it will slide right out. Just did my balljoints last weekend passenger side was harder than the driver side. Didnt take apart the u joints just pulled the whole thing straight out.

The inner seal is nothing but a dust seal and rotates with the axle.......there is no resistance here.

The outer seal is the one giving you trouble.

Get a pry bar on the u-joint and the axle should pop out........
