2000 F550 7.3 PSD, Lack of power on cold start for approx. 1 minute. Engine wont rev up. Checked EBPV for stuck, OK. Disconnected EBP solenoid, no change. Had DTC for Glow Plugs, replaced glow plugs, repaired DTC but no change to symptom. Had DTC for ICM, replaced ICM, repaired DTC but no change to symptom. No other fault codes present. Any ideas?
