Wow!.. I need to set my sights a little higher then. Maybe 400K.

Been running 100% biodiesel (starting to eat through my stock hoses) and 100% Veg since I've put my 50K miles on it in the last 3 years. Hopefully that is helping and not hurting but at 50K miles it doesn't seem to be doing much harm yet.

Stock Transmission seems to be doing fine.

No oil analysis but I wish I had done one when I first got it and do it again. I really feel I should do one. Just for fun more than anything.

Oil changes every 3-4K miles with Delo 15W40 and a new filter.

Crum. You kill me. That thing should go in a museum.

A guy on another forum was saying they had a 2000 7.3 roll over one million miles the other day, and it is still running strong.

On the stock engine? Must have been rebuilt at least twice. 400,000 I can see, one million is stretching it..

I thank this just shows that we have good trucks and if we take care of them they will last us a long long time.
The guy that said there 2000, that turned over one million miles called Ford to see if they wanted to do a write up about the One Million Miles on there truck, and Ford told him there was to many trucks out there with a million miles on them to do a story on all of them.

Yeah, I think we have some of the best diesels that were available. As far as too many trucks with 1 million miles, I think somebody at Ford needs a reality check. There may be some, but how many have no rebuilds?

Crumm, your unbelieveable. 100k in a few more years. How many miles do you have now?? You got a good lookin truck. Hope it last you many more years!!:D

I have 370K on original injectors. I have only replaced the starter once, the power steering pump once, rebuilt the trans because of hot chip being to much for it, lifter pump once, and batteries but that is pretty much it on mine. They are excellent engines. Just have to take care of them.
