I use this oil in all my vehicles gas or Diesel. Its the only additive I use. This is my story, one day this guy came calling on me at work and he was selling boiler fuel additive that had remarkable results in keeping the nozzels clean and helped in the fuel distribution at the burners. His recommendation was not to use it continuesly but in a regular intervals. Well I asked him to supply me a sample so I could use it in my car and he grinned at me and said that I could pick this additive at any store. Well he explained that his additive was very similar to mixing oil. He was selling it in bulk to industry. Well since them I use it it all my vehicles to oil the fuel tracks specialy in my collectors Cars that I park every winter. I use mixed oil in all my engines before parking them for a while. In my diesel I put mixing oil intermittetly. usually 1/2 Quart per 25 Gal. But maybe it is a good Idea to use it more often, I might get better results.

:thumbs Put the 2 cycle oil in my SD250 last nite, was on the road today and within a couple of hours I could definitely hear a difference in the engine. Not nearly as loud and sounded really smooth. Obviously it works. Good thing this forum is here, would never have known about this.

Thanks and my truck thanks you too!!! :hail

I tried Walmart--they didn't have it and the tractor/cycle shops only had the small 16 oz. sizes and were asking a lot more for what they were selling. K-Mart was the one place I found it in both the small bottles and the large size. I bought some of the 16 oz. bottles to take with me when I travel. I'm still amazed at the difference it makes in the engine.

Listen, whilst we're talking here what kind of a chip would be good for my truck. I don't know anything about the chips and I'm getting little info on them from anyone I know around here and what I did get I don't trust.

I'd like to put one in when I'm doing my other upgrades. I'm looking into gauges right now--will probably get the ones that come in the pod and are ready to go, just need to be wired up. I liked the Autometer dials; didn't like the white dials.

By the time I'm done I'll have an "almost new" truck.......:thanks1

For multi position chips I know Total Diesel Performance & DP-Tuner are amongst the top chip programmers for our 7.3L's and both are supporters of our community, check em out:sweet

You'll find chatter of the two mentioned and others in the 7.3L Power Upgrades Forums
