2.5 levelin kit 05-08

I just got my leveling kit.The coil spacers? I have installed these on a dodge. Never a ford. I have done front leafs before. thats harder, just looking for any ideas or tricks?

does anything bolt the spacer in?(up top) Does it just slide in?
What actually holds the coil spring in? just pressure?

I don't have the DVD for that year of truck, but I think that they all bolt in somehow. It does not make sense that they wouldn't.

No bolts thay just slide in its not that hard if you have a lift or a tall set of jack stands.
