18k mod?

18K+ Power module 7.3L & 6.0L Powerstroke

ok - i've done a search and nothing comes up. can any of you 6.0L guys speak on the truthfullness of this mod? is it really as good as it claims? and what do you think about it? heck, even if i was to get 2-3 mpg better improvement i'd crap my pants.....

I have never heard of this brand. I think their 5 mpg increase claim is a little lofty.

I have heard of the dfuser 18k mod, but I don't know anything about its performance.
