18" Stock Wheels 2005-2008 F-250/350

I have an 04 F-350 with 33" tires monted on 16" rims. I want to go back to factory rims and tires to improve MPG and handling.

Does anyone know if I can install 18" rims from an 06 F-250 on a 04 F-350?

Im not too sure,I know for a fact that 05 f350 dually wheels dont fit my 03 f350.In 05 they made the discs bigger on the duallys.I wanted to put the 17" factory wheels on my truck but the bolt pattern is diffrent.

The backspacing is different for the newer coil suspension '05- current trucks. You would need a wheel spacer to run them on the leaf spring front 99-04 trucks.

Everyone I have talked to said there could be spacing issues, including the Ford dealership.

Sounds like more trouble than it's worth!
