Ground hawgs where good tires in the late 70s and not many companys make tires for a 16.5 rim any more. Stick with radials thay ride better and last alot longer unless the truck is for off road only.

can some1 pleez tell me if a 35" tire will fit a stock height truck ???

have you ever owned a set of bias tires? After sitting overnight they are gonna drive like a square tire cause they will be flat spotted.


Yes, I have (Ground Hawgs, 4Wheel RVTs yes, I'm old School) they are no worse the the Radial Stones I have now. I live on a Island in Southeast GA. Thursday it was 91 Degrees here. You normally only have to worry about the Flat spots when it's really cold 45 degrees or less then it's only for a few miles. Last years it didn't get below 40 degrees. Beside I can always go to a larger Ground Hawg Radial with the 16.5s.

It's also a Plus the 16.5s look better!!
