no, but i work for a truck dealer so bolts arent an issue 
i ordered mine from the dealer. 55 bucks, supposed to be in today. Hopefully it comes with the longer bolts.. The thing that really pissed me off was i got 4 qts of the 75W140 synthetic. It was 18 dollars a quart!!!!! i know the dealer was probably not the best place to get the diff oil. but its what it calls for and its high temp and will last a long time. Im just pissed i paid more for the oil than the diff cover.
it wont come w/ the longer bolts (follow the mod link in my sig for a kit
that includes the bolts etc).
i refilled mine w/ royal purple synth. 9.99 per quart available at pepboys
and oreilly auto parts.
dealers here have it for about the same....I found it for 3.19 at a smaller parts house....bought 22quarts so i could perform my FULL flush.
Id also found it available online for about 3.25 plus shipping.

this might be a stupid question, but is the 08 cover the same for the 10.25 and 10.5 rear end?

you dont need a STINKIN GASKET...the fin'd 08 cover has a groove
cut in it...run a nice bead of RTV form a gasket in the bead grove
and slap the cover up on.
hell the factory didnt use anything more than RTV on the stock
cover and it doesnt even have a GROOVE in it...
