05 6.0 Red battery light

I noticed the battery light on dash with Key on Engine off is red. Batteries were 5 years old so I swapped them out but light is still red.Shouldn't it be yellow?

Ive seen mine and it was red.

red is normal IMHO it means the alt isn't charging as it wouldn't at engine off
