No real difference. It is not much rougher and not smoother. It feels a bit more stiff but not jarring. I did my own install and it took most of the morning to finish. Don't be afraid to do your own. Two floor jacks are necessary - or - a friend to help.

Dave I have a hoist in my shop so not a problem to do Just getting the time to do it. Why did the bumber have to come off, or did you do it to make it easyer for you?

I did that to remove the front anchor bolt that attaches the spring to the frame bracket. You will see when you go for it. Good Luck and congrats on the lift.

Got my truck out of the shop today, seems Like they replaced everything did 2 recallls and the customer service issues this truck never ran so good, I think it is alittle louder then it was but runs Like a raped ape.. Anderson ford in Cleveland Texas Did there Job... Cant believe it is the same Truck Bubba
