Not necessarily. Tell us more about your truck and the maintenance. Has it had the fuel filters replaced and when? Same for the air cleaner. Why do you suspect the glow plugs? You are in an area of the country that is not noted for the cold weather, like the midwest. I went to school in Arizona and I know it can get cold. What is the temperatures when you try to start it? How old are the batteries? Any other clues?

The fuel filters were replaced about 3 months ago.
I live in phoenix the temp is about 65
The truck was doing fine right before this happened.
The batteries are probably about a year old
Itswas just a guess on the glow plug.
The air cleaner was washed within the last month.
The dealer replaced the EGR and the intake manifold due to carbon.
The transmission was rebuilt
Thats about it and now Im at a loss

Just a thought I may not even be in the ball park here but have you checked the oil level? Because if you dont have enough oil to build 500psi you will never get the injectors to work.

High Pressure Oil Pump? No oil pressure to the injectors no fuel. Fuel Pump/Lift Pump? Just a few thoughts.

If you have good oil level, you are OK. The lift pump is in the fuel tank. Turn on the key for 30 seconds and you will hear the pump go and quit. Recycle the key and you will hear it again. It builds pressure and stops. You might look for the fuel pump fuse in the fuse block. It must be good or no fuel.
