I was just going to help with that bit of data....
I too thought at first it was the pitch of the actual turbo wheel and thought how complex THAT must be
it's more like a baffle that limits flow thru the turbo wheel...
sorta like shutters on a air conditioning vent that are constantly opening and closing to limit the flow...
