03 6.0 loosing high pressure oil pressure

heres the deal guys. i have the truck hooked to the scan tool becasue my truck falls flat on its face when i stomp on it. we found out that its requesting 1900 psi of oil and only geting 1300. the valve is giving it as much as it can but still no go. whats your thoughts?

Is it starting fine cold? Could be a leaking injector.
