02 6 speed trans trouble

My f-250 is getting hard to get into reverse, low and first gear. I had a slave cylinder go bad when the truck had about 10k or so on it.. i am now at 160k..
i can also hear a squeak as the clutch is released to pull out.

Am i getting close to needing a clutch or maybe just another slave cylinder starting to go bad???

An 02 should have had the upgraded shift fork, however it may be possible that you do not have the stronger on, and the one you have is bent.
