Thanks guys I forgot to say the truck is 2001 F-350 with the Edge/Attidtude and 4" exhaust. I know the edge will set off the check engine light, I only run in mode 1 and when hauling cabover camper and trailer then its in mode 2 unless Im climbing some of the mountain passes here in...- dj700mm

ok I had one of our shop mechanics pulled the check eng codes from the computer after checking ALL Data we could not find what the trouble codes where codes are P124,P1316,P1211 one has to be the cam sensor as it went out and had to replace it . thanks dj- dj700mm

Knock, Knock......
knock knock :dunno My 01 has that darn tommy knocker in it also, but it seems to be worse when at operating temps. the truck has 68k on it would it be something cover under the 100k warrity. I have 4" exhaust, edge with attiude and it does'nt matter what setting the edge is on- dj700mm
