You would be looking at a good tow chip, air intake, and exhaust for best mileage.
Next step could be a bigger turbo but gets more pricey.

Stock head bolts are fine for stage 2's. If you want to put studs in to be safe anyway only use the new stock head gaskets. They are holding 50psi on several of our customers' trucks.
Stage II's will tow well if you have a chip that can back the fuel down. Will definately need custom programming. A smaller nozzle would be the best for towing with lower temperature and better atomization of the fuel.
