Sulastic Rubber Springs are supposed to soften the ride on HD trucks. They say these will make your F-250 or F-350 ride more like an F-150 instead of a buck board wagon. Check them out on U-tube.- Idaho

Question 92 F350 7.3 idi auto trans flexplate/flywheel question
Had a similar issue on my 1990 F-250 farm truck 12 or 15 years ago. A horrible rattle/vibration. Turned out that the flex plate had some huge cracks in it.
