    Go with the www.dieselmanor link... I have got many things from shopdiesel with no issues, but the install directions, complete wire kit and every nut bolt and zip tie you could need is included with the kit from diesel manor.

    You have PMR rods... Nos will be very hard on them... 400hp is the limit on PMR's with good tunes and NO DRUGS... and Nos is the worst one. With Nos your looking at being at the safe limit of the PMR rods with just a chip, because the Cylinder pressures will spike HARD! Look at water/meth...

    I prefer the Isspros... Now keep in mind mine are with Blue LED's, but if you get the black face with red pointer and add green LED's, they match stock to a T...

    Yes you have to flip the switch when starting and stoping... Thats why I went with a automatic type like SP diesels TC/Exhaust brake kit.

    Yes, any time the TC is locked 100% of the power is going to the rear wheels, not lost in the tranny... Your tranny will run cooler, your clutches will last longer...

    Nope, lock her up... I do at about 22 or so and unlock at about 20... Keeps the temps down on the tranny...

    But even forged can get tired at 500... just be relistic... Clam lost a motor with Billet rods at less then 500....

    Man... be careful... stock rods have been known to be tired and go on vacation... From what I have seen on the net that sludgehammer is a smoky pig... I dont know what it is but there are some vids that just look dumb how laggy it is...

    Turbonetics has a BB drop in coming in a few weeks, will finally kill the GTP-38r. I call the GTP-38r the Special Surging Oil Leaker... or SSOL for short... It leaks oil, it surges, and it can NOT be rebuilt for less then $800... That being said, I would go for a H2e if your looking at 530...

    well the CPS was not the problem....

    GPR should not keep you from starting... You been cranking on it a bit? If your batterys are down even a little it will not start... Getting fuel? Turn the key on an listen for the fuel pump... If you hear it then open the hood and pop the fuel drain valve for a sec and see how much fuel comes out.

    It is a stock setting on the chip, no better really. Dont look at a chip to pay for itself in fuel savings, it never works out. Get it because the truck will run better, sound better, drive better, but MPG is just a dissapoinment...

    Your running out of HPO... Are you getting any codes? I would bet you will see an ICP code... Might have to upgrade to a SD pump or duals..
