    OK evidently mine does have a cat and a resonator. A resonator is like a muffler isn't it? I checked DPPI and no cat delete pipes are available only muffler deletes. :confused:

    That got me thinking that maybe mine does not even have a cat. We don't have emissions testing in my county or any close counties really. If all/most exhaust systems are turbo back systems, it would seem that there might not even be a cat on 7.3s to remove. Can anyone with a 7.3 confirm this...

    If you get an aftermarket exhaust do you have to buy an extra cat delete pipe to get rid of the cat? I am interested in the MBRP as well and was curious. How much can you get for the cat at a recycling place you think? I have seen delete pipes for the 6.0 but not my 7.3.

    Mine did they exact same thing.....it is the clock spring in the steering wheel. I believe I paid about $90 for mine.

    My overhead lie-o-meter quit working on me out of the blue and I need to see if anyone might know what it could be. I really don't need it but I can't stand to have something not work on one of my vehicles. The two buttons still light up but nothing on the screen. Thanks.

    I just made an appointment.....but I also made sure that they had the part in stock before I went. I called a local dealership first locally and they told me the CPS was on back order. I called a "better" dealership and they had it in stock. :sweet

    took mine to the dealer Friday to have it replaced. I was in and out in 15 minutes. First they "check" to make sure it is the old style. If it is, which mine was and I was surprised, they replace it. It runs/starts better.
