    The ground wire under the glovebox trick is for 94-97' trucks not for your 99'. Dealership can re-calibrate yours. You can also use a TruSpeed from SuperLift or a Hypertech Speedometer Calibrator Programmer(both are a little over $200).

    :dunno I have been using it for years. There is Mobil Delvac 1 5W-40 and Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Truck 5W-40. Near as I can tell they are about the same but since I used the Delvac 1 before the Mobil 1 came out I have stuck with it. The Mobil 1 turbo truck has been on the market for some time.

    We are keeping the Bondo to a minimum. 1/8" max and all the holes are now welded shut rather than filled with Bondo. Should be nice and smooth when we are done :)

    Body Got a little work done to the body this last weekend. Built a plate for the transfer case boot, replaced some of the floor, replaced the glove box and welded up all the exterior holes. There are many holes in the body of a military jeep that were used for tie-downs, handles and equipment...

    Sounds like you either have a vacuum leak on one of the front hub lines or the transfer-case shift motor is bad.

    I pay State Farm $3072 a year for insurance on a 05 F150, 96' F350, 95' Explorer, 75 F250, 07' Honda Rancher, 06' Honda Rubicon, 06 Jetcraft XS jetboat and a 06' Adventurer Camper. Me thinks that it should be more than $72 less for one 08'. Did you try Geico?
