    No, I didnt use any tape tape with it. I just pluged it and that was it. Try using some tape, and like I said above, put some Dielectric Greese on the contacts incase you took a little to much of the tin coating off.

    It wasnt bad at all. Take a sawzall and cut the body seam, then take a hammer to smack it back a bit. It literally takes just a minute or two to do that. Its really easy.
