With all the mods you have done it should be a blast to drive.

Question 2006 6L Hot Start issue

There is a service bulletin or something that pertains to a fitting inside the HPOP. You get a couple of brackets that hold in a pipe that works out of place causing hard or no starts. Newer 6.0s had this done at factory and some older ones had recalls but not all were fixed. Might be able to...

Question 2006 6L Hot Start issue

I went through the same thing and had to deal with a dealership as it was under warranty yet. Took them forever to find the problem but ended up being HPOP. Might be that. I know you need at least 500psi to get it to start

Question Blue spring update on the 6.0

I did the BB behind the stock spring trick and raised the pressure the same as the blue spring mod. No noticable difference but nice to know injectors aren't being starved for fuel.

    Question ZF6 behind my Cummins?!

My son has an 06 Dodge twin turbo smarty tuned one ton with same tranny. He said newer dodge trans had better OD ratio. Once he tears his up I'm sure that's what he's going to put in. So far its holding up with over 1000flbs torque.

    truck idled 9 hrs today

Bet it smoked alittle when you headed for home. At least we have outlets we can get to where I work. Most of the time mine stays at near 100 degrees with the heater plugged in all day but yesterday it read 72. We have had close to -20 with wind chills down to 50-60 below. Glad we didn't gell up.

    My Baby's in the shop

I hope Ford pays for the tow bill. I thought the cleaning was automatic and you didn't have to babysit it.

    Recommendations: Looking for Monitor/Tuning solution

If you are thinking monitoring engine and tuner on your in dash screen I have never seen or heard of that. Backup cam should work in dash. Whats the cold weather option?

    DEF Pump

I would think that would be covered under emissions but you are probably over on miles for that to be warrenty.

    Block heater questions

No. 1 diesel if you can get it otherwise Howes or power service antigell additive. I carry along some stuff call 911 that is suppost to help out if you start to gell up. My 01 would fire up below zero but it loped and rattled and smoked so bad the truck disappeared.

Help Needed Code's and High egt's

1000 degrees won't hurt it. The 01 I had would run that all day long hauling fairly heavy. I would get high EGT's even empty with Bully Dog products but with good mileage. Every truck seems to like a little different tune or tuner so maybe they can change yours with the info you give them about...

    tuning up the clevor

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rbWvwW26JoY Usually wait till spring to do a few changes and flog it on the dyno but decided to get it done with while the dyno at Wheeler dyno in Blaine wasn't busy. Picked up a couple horses and a little tq. Ended up with 938hp and 661tq. Hp was pretty...

    Question Best Ball Joints

Not to scare you away from NAPA joints but they replaced some on a 2002 F-350 at work and they were so tight you couldn't keep it in your lane. It seemed like it leaped side to side. Replaced them with OEM Ford and everythings good. Ford dealer said it happens, but I'm sure they want you to buy...

    Whats on your Christmas list?

My Gorilla 3500lb. winch has worked good on my Arctic Cat 700 so far and the T-Max 9000 I have on my offroad rig works nice for the price. Some remote doors locks for the Super Duty would be nice for Christmas since it never came with them.

    End of season

Has a 4 link. We changed it between runs but didn't seem to help. Also took 7 degrees timing out for 1 second to lower power on launch and raised two step rev limiter to within 400 rpms of stall converter to try and make it not hit tires so hard but still wheelied. Did make for a cool photo...

    End of season

The drag truck is getting put away for another winters rest. Super Duty's job of pulling it has ended for this year. Now it just has to get me through snow for the next 5-6 months. Couple pics of last race. Was having issues with to much motor and to much traction. Drug rear bumper on second...

    Happy Birthday f100cleveland

Thanks. Had a good and bad day. Went to one of my best freinds funeral. He hit a deer on his Harley and didn't survive. Was a bikers funeral which was cool but still not expected and sad day. Spent the rest of day with family.

    Question Power steering

My 06 had noises and air issues from day one and finally changed out fluid but that didn't help. Found a service manual that had you pull slight vaccum on reservoir cap while working the system. Works great now. 06 might be different than your 03 tho

    rant Truck Broken Into...........

Hope they didn't steal anything of value that insurance can't replace. Guess I'm to used to small town rural living and usually don't even take my keys out.
