    oil leak

Well there shouldn't be anything leakin' from your intercooler at all, they are a sealed unit and any leaks mean loss in boost which = loss in power. The oil in the system could possibly be from the CCV (crank case ventilation) that would go in just before your turbo from the top of your valve...

    First oil change?

There is nothing wrong with changing your engine oil early. After the first 500 miles all the cast pieces and bits of metal in the motor will have gotten loose and found there way to your filter and oil and the motor should be well on it's way to breaking in. So changing your engine oil early...

is it worth changing oil brands?

That sounds a little pricey for a oil change don't think I would spend that much as much as I love my truck. I run shell synthetic 5w-40 all year round and only cost around $115 for a oil change (everthing inclusive). And it is also api rated for the SD.

Heard a good one about a Dodge diesel

So the other day i'm tellin' my buddy about my truck and how much I loves the "Power" in the powerstroke and he says ok, that's not to shabby. Then he proceeds to tell me that his fiances dad has a dodge pushin' around 500hp and he's gettin' 34mpg empty and 25mpg pullin' a 20' enclosed trailer...

    Running Rough

Check your in tank filters. They with be in the pick-up "mixing chamber" if they are plugged then you will get no fuel to the pump even.

    MPG question...

Ok, I found out it is in Imp gallons so the mileage I got was about 90 L (19.80 Gal IMP or 23.78 gal U.S.) to 675 km (418 mi). So that would be about 21 mpg IMP or about 17.5 mpg U.S. Does that sound any better. I still like the calculations in IMP much better tho.:D LOL But the time in...

    MPG question...

I don't have an overhead. I have a mileage calcualtor I got with a " fuel mileage enhancer" called Platinum Vapour Injection when I had my gas chevy, so I am using that to calcualate, but I'm not sure if it is in U.S. gallons or Imp. gallons. It doesn't say I'll try and find out.

    can the power mirrors?

O those are hot......I really hope nobody in they're right mind would slam those on a perfeclty good superduty. If you want cheap, do you have any scrap yards around you? You could prolly get a set of stock adjustable's for cheap off a wrecked truck.

I would have left out the screens but I didn't have enough fuel hose to put in a filter before the fuel pump. But now that I know about this it will be a project for later on when I haven't already pulled my tank out twice in one night:( Thanx for the info it will be helpful later on. I...

    Question about engine codes

Great success! Apparently there are two screens "hiding" in the fuel tank pickup which were completely clogged with ****.......truck runs like a top now.:D And I only had to pull the tank twice because I forgot the sending unit O-ring on one of my jerry cans.

    EDGE EVOLUTION

You should be good but get a boost and EGT gauge just to be on the safer side when you turn it up. I run the high setting in my superchips when towing but I keep an eye on stuff with my gauges when I start pullin' hills. And man does she ever pull. :D

    Question about engine codes

I had a problem with my truck last night and the codes I picked up this morning were P0603 and P1211. The P603 is a problem with KAM and I figure it was because I had run my batts low. The P1211 has me stumped because it reads "ICP not controllable - pressure Above / desired" and I know...
