    Where are you going on the 4th? Here in Northern California, we still have massive amounts of smoke and fires burning, with road closures, and it is hot. So this 4th we will stay home and have some friends over for a barbeque. Eating inside, with the a/c on. :D

    Plug location

    Another option is if you have a connector at your rear bumper and you are going to use a 5th wheel tail gate, you can run it to the plug and not have to drill into your bed. That is what I do, and it works fine.

    If your state is like Calif. The officials in charge have their minds made up and no amount of public opinion will change this. What you need is to get the media involved and when they interview the officials on national t.v. they tend to be more cooperative.

    If he uses the 410 crank, and 360 rods and pistons, he will have a grand time trying to bolt on the heads, because the piston will be above the block surface. He might use a hacksaw to "lower" the pistons..lol... 360 is internally balanced, 410 externally balanced. He would not need hydraulics...

    What do you pay per KWH

    We are all electric, and our summer bills are $350 or less per month, so we are happy with that. Most of our usage is for the A/C. and watering the lawn. You could buy a tankless water heater, that comes on only when you need the hot water.
