    we cater, but we dont know. someone may have some advise here, but most of us only have diesels and we havent had to play with a 5.4 oil cooler. i can tell you, yes the cooler is a common failure. i cannot tell you anymore than that, sorry.

    you texans have no idea.... ;) off road racing is HUGE here in the northeast, as is any other type of racing. there is a lot of overlapping series so there are plenty of races to choose from wich is nice.

    i have replaced several IDM's that have failed, causing one bank to die. they are fault tolerant, so check the easy stuff and if you have a friend with the same truck, try swapping idm's.

    even easier......look at the door tag, and check the axle codes. then, google "ford truck axle code ____" and see what you have!

    what speeder said, plus check the wheel bearing play. if the wheel is falling off, the only thing holding it on is the caliper, so the brakes will be dragging.
