    depending on how bad it is, you will want to change your air filter, also take off all of the intake piping and intercooler and wash out any metal bits that may be in there.

    cupped valves!!! one thing i know of causes that! DIRT. it acts as valve grinding compound and cups the valves like that. its very common in my dirt racing world, not common in the psd world, that i know of anyway.
