    Should the slip joint be greased? I just checked mine, dry and blueish substance on it. Looks factory(on splines) i just wd40 it all in there. MAybe this is my clunk? what do you lube it with? Are you supposed to? Mines dry big time dry

    I just checked something else, when i jack it up and block one wheel from spinning i cant spin the other. When they are loose(nothing holding them) they spin oppisite directions. The fact they spin oppisite directions, is that whats keeping you from free rolling down hills when in park?

    How to remove clearcoat?

    its not all that hard, you wet sand as bushpilot said then clear a whole panel. If you are painting you can paint the area only, but still have to clear it all. I have seen guys burn it in(clear) with a heat gun, but you can tell, its hazy.
