did you try removing(unplugging) the Banks sixgun system? when using a tuner/programmer and having problems like yours, always best to return the truck back to stock and go from there....problem may be in the Banks unit?- atk

still seems high even with extended cranking even on a cold engine at that temp(carefull doing extended cranking, will burn your starter up). the ICP measures oil psi that high pressure oil pump(HPOP) put`s out....- atk

there is a small fuse panel on top of the left inner fender(remove cover). there will will be a couple of relays with some fuses, check there....also below steering column, remove access panel and your main fuse panel will be there. check all fuses.....if you are checking the wiring, make sure...- atk

not really sure what 1 means(not to familiar with AE yet). i usually use an OTC or Snap-on scanner and they are set up a little different. i know some fellow members here do have the AE and maybe they will chime in to help with that one....let us know what you find out when you try again....- atk

check for cranking HPOP psi(minimum 500psi needed to fire injectors). verify this is not the problem....rerun the injector buzz test. this will determine electrical side of injectors is working. if you get it running, do a cylinder cotribution test(if you can and post results) when cranking...- atk

try and see if you can see what it says while you are cranking the engine. may not hurt to see what your cranking psi of HPOP too.... when it was running(chugging) was there any smoke(black, blue, white)?- atk

FICM sync should be yes. all the other values look normal. to me it doesn`t sound like that is your problem, but i may be wrong....for this to be in sync, it gets its signal from the crank and cam sensors, so maybe look at these areas(check for wiring chaffing, this can be a pita to find. i do...- atk
