Welcome to SDD...... install coolant filter kit(do a flush at the same time) get guages(EGT, TRANS TEMP, FUEL PRESSURE, BOOST to start) use FORD filters swith to 5w40 synthetic oil check and clean EGR(can do a EGR delete) hope this helps some......- atk

i thinking, 8mmx15mm. as for thread pitch, either 1.25 or 1.50......best bet, take one out and match it up......- atk

05-07 trucks, you probaly won`t find to many grease points UNLESS tie rods, u-joints and balljoints have been replaced using aftermarket parts(trucks up here anyway)......- atk
