Hard starting after EGR Delete?
if you think there is a fuel issue, check fuel pressure. there is a test port on front of the fuel filter housing. if they(lines that you had off) are not sealed properly, you would think they should leak fuel....- atk

2003 6.0 problems
yes they can leak....if you are referring to oil rail on top of injectors, mine is the same way. if i recall, the early 6.0l had this style of oil rails and changed after a certain build date(i think when they moved ICP sensor to the right valve cover....- atk

Oil gurus - a question
Ford has been using 75w140 for years in the rear diffs. front diffs call for 75w90(or 80w90)....there should have been a tag on rear diff that will say what grade of fluid(gear oil) to use.... there is a slight chance, since your truck is a dually(dana 80),it might call for something...- atk

almost lost my mom and sister on sunday. they are lucky to be alive. if they were driving a smaller vehicle, they would not be here....so CHERISH life....they are home now and resting(bruised and banged up) truck ended up going into ditch, then hitting a tree(about the size of a hydro pole...- atk

Brake line ?
you can get premade steel lines(different lengths) at any parts store, but only problem they may have different fittings then what your truck has, or just by the proper size steal line(which should be 3/16) and reuse your ends(but you will have to reflare the end of the brake line with a flaring...- atk
