    The console itself is made of 3/8" (I think) MDF on the sides and the top is 1/4" MDF. I did a little fiberglass resin to clean it up prior to painting. I'm wanting to build a new one w/ some mods and mostly fiberglass construction. Just have not found the energy or time.

    I believe I seen it posted before that the sensor is in the latch are and that lubrication w/ WD40 or such will end this problem.

    I could take some measurements, I just kind of made it on the fly. It actually just sits there. I did put some of the stiff velcro on each side to grip the carpet. I does not move at all. I used some of that foam core craft poster board stuff to make patterns and to get the floor contour for...

    Should not have to remove the tank. You should be able to just disconnect the filler and vent tubes. Now unless you have a full tank of fuel, I think it is probably easier to drop the tank than remove the bed if all you need is to get to the fuel tank. I've done it before with Bill watching.

    #2 I believe SH is S for Spark ignition and the H would be the spec progression. In other words it is the gasoline engine spec. Make sense?
