    Your not using it enough, the same thing happened to my friends 04 X. He went through 2 turbo's until they put one in off an 07 6.0 which has the extra vane i was told to allow soot to pass through. Knock on wood he hasn't had an issue since. Letting these engines sit is not real good for the turbo.

    Welcome to SDD.com!!! 6.0's and 6.4's are good motors its just a case of 1 bad story overshadows 10 good ones - I would wait before buying a 6.7 just in case there are any first year bugs. V10's are a good motor, just are a pig on fuel especially when towing.

    I had to replace my drivers side actuator, started making a grinding noise when i pressed the lock/unlock switch. works perfect now. Not too bad to replace - hardest part is getting the rods unhooked

    This may not be the right forum for this but here goes, I Cannot find any step by step instructions on how to internally change the flash pattern on my mini edge strobe lightbar and it does not have scanlock or a pattern selection wire - Does anyone know how? :dunno Greatly appreciate any input

    4 inch vs 5 inch exhaust

    U really only need a 4" unless you are doing some serious towing. Not much diff in performance going to a 5" and the turbo seems to spool a little faster with the 4". I personally like MBRP but Banks is good too from what i hear Ford Powerstroke 6.0L Diesel Performance Exhaust Systems
