    Electrical question

Does it function from the door itself?.... or not... is the malfunction only from the Drivers door switch?... if neither , work, first guess would be a broken wire at the door. or possibly a bad connector on the window motor.

    9th Gen Superduty Windshield Size?

The only difference that I'm aware of is where the "Black" paint is on the windshield, as sometimes it may hide the Vin Plate. May have them check that before install. a razor blade will remedy the issue.

    new to 7.3L with 6spd

Being a 2wd you will have certain challenges when "modifying" Once you put some power to the gear box, you will find the stock clutch was never meant to handle real power.... then you'll upgrade the clutch and find you have a real hard time backing up, as the new clutch "GRABS" all to well...

    Clutch goes to the floor

Possibly, but most likely your clutch fork collapsed. Been there done that. Pull the slave cyl out of the bell housing, be careful not to let the push rod fall out (if it hasn't already) flash light will tell you for sure.

Hi Sue Jean, Need to look close at the wire bundle as it travels down the frame rail from the engine compartment back. Another way to check this would be to check each pin on the 7 pin connector to ground. if there is a short it will/should register there.
