    Front Hub Wont Turn

    I done the same thing and couldnt get the end apart either, I would say there is a way but i dont know. I would be afraid to put penatrating oil on it because it may soften the rubber seals and then would have to buy new ones.

    Just wondering if anyone else has changed the inter cooler, installed an after market, and does it really help like they say it does? Banks has theirs on sale and I couldnt resist so I have one coming, will be here on 12/17.

    Right behind the front bumper on the passenger side, mounted to the frame. It is a small filter inside a housing, the filter looks like a miniture roll of toilet paper. I think I paid $27 something at Ford.:dizzy

    The 04s and up will be a little louder at start up then get quiet as the vgt closes up to run the egr system, and will only be loud when you fuel it when the vains in the turbo open. I took mine loose at the down pipe and run around town a few laps at wot it sounds like all h3ll breaks...

    I talked to MBRP and their 4" down pipe is only 3.5 they advertise it 4" but it is wrong. The only differance is it is a mandral bent tube for better flow.

    I took my 04 exaust loose at the kitty and drove it for half a day, No extra noise or whistle at idle, but it sounded like a million peedoff hornets at full throttle. didnt really like the sound so I put the muffler back on.:sly

    Bama i am going to 315s on mine next time, they rub with no lift, but with a leveling kit they do good, several trucks here run 315s with no problem.

    Ebay shackles?

    I purchased the Maxx 2.7" leveling kit from performance sales. I like this kit easy to install with the right tools and lift. I have had no problems I trust these better then a shackle lift, and it doesnt change the ride any.;tu It raised my truck 2" exactly and looks good.

    How is everyone doing on front suspension parts? I just replaced my drag link 55,000 miles. The ball joints are tight but have a squeeking sound coming from them when turning the wheel. Maby they are next.:dunno Sorry wrong thread could someone move this.
