    New project car

The K member, control arms and coil overs are all made by Granatelli. The struts are adjustable and made by Strange Engineering. I have always like the notch backs the best as well. I actually like the red interior, except mine is faded. It is in surprisingly good shape except the...

Car Seat in 99 F350 Extended Cab

I know the front of the car seat hangs off the small bench seat, but what is the big deal? The lap and shoulder belt go through the car seat and sucks the car seat into the trucks seat. A little overhang doesn't affect the stability of the seat. Our car seats normally reside in my wifes SUV...

    oil leak

Mine did have a rear main leak as well as the O ring from the injector harness. The rear main caused the the front of the bell housing to become wet. Once that was straight, the dealer figured out that the O ring on the injector harness was leaking on the right bank because the block was wet...

    Load range E or D

I would stick with the E's if I was you. I went through the same thing a couple months ago when I put my Michelins on. Ended up getting a little smaller tire so I could stick with E's

Help Needed Looking for Intake Snorkel For 6.0L

Saw a truck where I am driving around with a homemade one made out of PVC pipe. It was a early late 80's early 90's Bronco. I wouldn't recommend it though because the first thing I thought of when I saw it was Jeff Foxworthy and "you might be a redneck if..." I actually took a picture of it...

    New project car

Update!! Well after tearing it all apart to make sure everything is okay I have changed my direction a little. The engine and internals are all fine, but I figured I would like a little more power! only discrepancy I found is the motor is not bored, it has the standard 4.000 bore, which is...

    Question Banks Six-Gun with speedloader

I would be interested to see what your numbers are with the SCT. I had the same setup as you and sold it as well because I felt I was pushing my head gasket luck. I may have the head studs intalled down the road and get a SCT tuner with custom tunes.

I know You Guys Are Ford Guys But.....

I had a friend that had a ZR1 when I lived in Wa state. That car was nasty (for a Chevy) He actually sold it and bought a Camaro SS when they came out. He was researching the prices for major engine parts (heads etc...) for the future and was shocked at the price tag for the replacement parts...

    Facebook? Myspace?

I have found that facebook is a great way to connect with old friends that you have lost contact with. I have found friends I haven't seen since high school or since my first duty station in the Army. Again it is all about restricting outsiders access. Mine is restricted to only my friends...

    Heart transplant for my truck

You should still have a year and 25,000 miles left on the warranty or did you buy your '05 in late '04? Mine is a '04 and I bought it in August '04 so I still have a couple months left on the warranty. I am getting ready to bring mine as well for a small oil leak and for being "down on...

    comment Something to know

Making my brain hurt thinking about how hooked up my Autometer pyro gauge. I must have done it right because it works fine. My boost gauge is still bouncing though, I am thinking it is either the gauge or I may have a small leak in the manifold where I tapped it for the pyro.:dunno I haven't...
