    You don't have to replace the oil cooler, they are able to be rebuilt and it's also cheaper to get the rebuild kit for them than buy a new one. If I remember correctly it's $1500 new compared to $300-$400 for the rebuild kit

    Where is the oil leak coming from on the motor? If it's coming off the back of the motor it could possibly be the O-rings between the turbo and the motor.     Took IDP's Extreme Street tune out and put the Tow tune in it for the winter. Then I drove a 100 miles and burned a quarter tank of fuel after filling up yesterday afternoon I really miss the big tune already. I really hate winter!!!!!:rant

    I just went and talked to the service manager and one of the techs at the local Ford dealer and it looks like I have a broken hub or maybe even front axle.:dizzy

    They were both off when I had the axle joints and ball joints done. I will pull them off this weekend and look at them to make sure they are clean, lubed and functioning properly. Also as an aside I locked them a few block from the house to make sure that they would be locked when I got home...

    Thank's Dogman. :sweet That's where I was heading next to look, I am just not all that familiar with the type of engagement system on these trucks. I am used to the old school hubs that are either locked or there not and not the kinda sorta locked not locked that's on the newer trucks.

    Dogman, was he using a pressure regulator? If he wasn't he should have been to get it the water pressure back down to 42psi.
