    Its either what Dave suggested or it could be the turbo because mine wouldnt pull RPM's either and ran like crap in general. I didnt have the power steering problem but everything else sounds like EGR or turbo charger.

    Finished my strobe lights in the heads and tails today. Now all I am waiting on are my 4.5ft K40 CB antenna's so I can finish that and I will be done with mods for a while. Oh and I have a nice case of mechanics rash from stuffing my big lunch hooks into tight places all day.:D
