    I just received my new set of Ranchos for my '01 SD from the UPS driver :). I am going to install this weekend. Since I only have 69K on the odometer, I am still running the OE shocks. I am hoping for some improvement :D.

    Try the local wrecking yard. The local guys here will sell small items like that if the bed cap is trashed. More than likely if the bed is trashed, so are are the bed caps and you could pop them out of a wreck for a small $. At least worth a try.:)
