    If you cant hear it why do you think you have a leak? Has a hissing noise? Can you smell it? What do mean by sputtering? Just low on power here and there? And did all this start with the cold weather?

    Ford had an engineer come look at it.he had the egr coolers replaced with an updated version.engineer says there is nothing wrong with this truck.if the smoke was black instead of white id swear it was turned way up.

    Egr cooler is the stain box on the drivers side front of the motor? That's been replaced already due to a bad leak.its had all the updates.has only been to ford for all service and repairs.according to the dash hes only getting 9mpg with it.hes also hand calculated his mileage to 9mpg.

    I have a lincoln 110v mig, money well spent.I dont do alot of big stuff.I can do thick stuff with it by angling the edges or Ving the cracks and doing a couple good hot passes. They have engine driven migs.its called putting A wire feeder or spool gun on it.more of a pita than its worth to me.
