    pop the blinker switch off the column and take it apart.remember how it came apart!!!!!!clean all the contacts good with some steel wool or scotch brite pad.dab some dielectric grease on the contacts and put it back together.also if your having issues with the delay wipers look for a broken wire...

    what ECM are you using?the standard or auto ECM?you have to use the auto ECM wich in a 95 should be code TEE4 or TEE5.you also need to use the harness from the auto tranny to plug into your wireing.
