    Jack it up and check for play. Take the lock out off and check that needle bearing. Those will go bad too and are replaceable. I've never had the main hub bearing go bad though.     Dont know much about the OBS trucks but im pretty sure you will have to cut the old downpipe out with a sawsall. Didnt think you had to bend up the firewall to make a bigger pipe fit. Maybe trim a weld seam for extra clearance?
