Bed Rail Cap ????
Sounds like only available if you replace the whole cap. What about gettin those anchors that go in those holes that are flush when not in use and you can push on them and a hoop or hook pops up like magic?? I've seen sears carrys them online and I imagine any truck accessory place has them...- Stroked68

There is a diff between a "good" 4x4 build that is meant to be mudded and truck pulled and then there are the "rigged" 4x4's that are just done quickly and made to look cool if that. Plus it doesnt help bein GM junk for that matter too haha.- Stroked68

Grill Painting
I would use adhesive promoter since its plastic. I had a chrome grille on my 99 and wanted it black. I didnt even scuff it up, just cleaned it really good, sprayed the adhesive promoter and sprayed my black bedliner on it. Looks good and still holding up after almost a yr of use.- Stroked68

If its got lots of aftermarket goodies, its probably been driven hard. I'd be worried about possibly EGR and Head gasket probs. Yea they have fixed the 6.0 probs, just costs lots to fix if the dealer hasnt already fixed it. I'd try and get a lower price. Make sure the egr and headgasket/studs...- Stroked68

Which rims will fit 99 and up superduty's?
My gf's truck actually blew a rim. Back half of the rim is gone. Luckily no one was hurt. She wants to get rid of the Cepek rims now haha. I got my truck back together tonight. I had to go get some 3/8ths fuel hose too because I just couldnt get that 5/16ths hose on for the life of me. I did double clamp ALL fittings. Well I bought my fuel hose. Its diesel hose rated at 225psi. For fuel injection too. Also got alot of hose clamps so I can use two on each fitting. Got some union fittings. Im lookin for a prepump filter. Im gonna try tractor supply for one. Any other ideas? I also still need to get some tubing...- Stroked68

I got my tank out tonight. I felt that tube thats inside the tank and dang, you can def fit more fuel in there! Im def gonna do all the other mods too since its out. Luckily I was able to take the tank out myself and I hardly had any fuel left.- Stroked68

Wow! Thats great! So far it seems Ford is doin good on the new 6.7! Bout time too since they had the 7.3's. Its a long time comin for sure. I havnt pushed my 7.3 that fast yet. I've done maybe 80.
