    I was thinking it may just be the o-rings wore out. Like you said, when it first cranks up cold...the o-rings are tight....when it warms up they expand and make a good seal. I'll ask him if he just want's to try replacing the o-rings...what do ya'll think? It hasn't been an easy 640,000...

    Pipes as far as I know :dunno And if you mean remove the radiator...I hope not. I read another forum that said it doesnt have to. Not real familiar with the intercooler system other than just the principles.

    Take the belt off and spin everything, see if you notice one pulley not spinning as smoothly or ratteling.....make sure everything is bolted down good. Also check for bearing dust.     Did you check the injector harness? Water in the IDM? Try to get those codes pulled and that will put you in a better direction than our guesses. Good Luck
