The work on our work truck was done at two different places. The last time we had them put in the arp headbolts... I did some calling around this morning, and found out the guy who bought our old 6.0 litre had to have a new engine put in it. And the egr valve did go bad in it also..- epe223

Our work one was bought in New Philadelphia Ohio. The 7 turbos truck was bought in newark (matthews I think) And my gf's dads was bought in Marion. He bought his 06 there that he has had no problems with.- epe223

I know there are plenty of good things about the 6.0. I was just showing that there are plenty of bad ones out there. I personally had experience with three of the bad 6.0's. Have driven a 7.3 , 6.0 and now 6.4. He asked for bad experiences so i gave some- epe223

Found this online. I figure it is old news to every one here. Looks like after 06 they got most of the bugs worked out. Too bad ours was a 05.. Was a great truck when it ran... [edit] 6.0 Unable to meet strict emissions regulations, the 7.3L (445 cu in) Power Stroke was replaced by the 6.0...- epe223

Our old work truck was a 6 litre. In 116k, it went through 3 headgaskets and 4 turbos. Ran great when it was running. My cousins farmer friend had a f350 6 litre that went through 7 turbos.. He finally went to a aftermarket turbo... These were both early production trucks.. My girlfriends dad...- epe223

The ford dealership said they knew there was a moisture issue with missing, but did not know what to do :confused: By the trucks build date was late may.- epe223

Hello. We have a 08 f350 superduty that we use for work, and is my cousins personal truck otherwise. It has about 35,000 on it. One thing we have noticed is in the rain, between 40-55 mph it will stumble, and hesitate. Usually when the boost gauge is at 3. If you let off and get back on, it will...- epe223
