What Mags do you all subscribe too for Diesels?

Just picked up a copy of PowerDiesel from local store, but and it has some good info, but my learing curve on the diesels is very big right now. www.dieselpowermag.com is their website.

What do you others read and use for your trucks?

I don't really subscribe to any mags - I get my fill from here and OB and use to on TDS. If it's not here then I use the DVD's. If really bored I'll surf the net for stuff.

Me too...BUT I'm ashamed to say that I still check in at TDS. For some reason the '94-'97 forum has always been feud free and I've always found it helpful. There are still some heavy hitters there who have not signed up yet here at SDD.

I enjoy that forum hheynow. I still have a friend or two over there. I don't get over there much anymore, maybe once a month for 5 minutes.

Do they have a website? The one I mentioned cost $15.00 for 9 issues. Bit steep to me, but I am cheap.

What Mags do you all subscribe too for Diesels?

For a while, Powerstroke Registry magazine.

I gave it up when I found out about TDS. I found TDS was more enlightening the adverstising was more to my benefit than the endless pages of advertisments in the magazine. But as with most of us here at SDD, I found there were getting to be too many bad apples over at TDS and they were spoiling the whole barrel. So here I am.

I subscribe to Diesel Power Mag as well. Since I am new to the diesel world, I find the information interesting and educational. You can tell it is an offshoot of other truck magazines and they just got a new editor. I like it as a reference for all the new tricks and performance items on the market. Besides, it makes good reading when perched on the porcelain thrown. (Oh yeah, it has lots of pretty pictures, too.)
