............your oil plug falls out and all the oil in your engine drains out while driving down the highway???
Your engine quits and you roll to a stop................
Saw a Superduty down on the way home from work so I stopped to see if I could help.
The guy had changed is oil 10 days ago and says he forgot to tighten the plug. He had a couple of buddies pick up a new plug and four gals of oil which they had put in when I stopped.
Truck would not start and was turning over real slow. I put my jumper cables on a leaking set of 3yr old Interstate batteries for 10 minutes and we still could not get it going.
Made a call to Rtxcoon who suggested we either bleed the hp oil rails or fill them with oil. We filled them with oil and with a little more cranking she fired off.
Wow you should have seen the oil slick under that truck. I would have hated to have been behind it going down the road as it bleed of 17 quarts of oil.
